Vacation Care

Bowling

Vacation care is provided during school holiday and closed school days Monday-Friday.

In order to be eligible for Vacation Care children must have completed their first term of school.

Vacation care aims to provide a relaxed, fun environment for children. Trained , caring staff are on hand to plan programs that exercise, stimulate and interest your children.

LunchtimeVacation care is a self contained area with a large shady playground giving children lots of room to run and kick a ball as well as quiet areas to relax.

Hours: 7.30am - 6.30pm Monday - Friday (school holiday times/pupil free days only)

Activities

ball games - craft activities - group team activities - dress ups, make believe -
construction equipment, problem solving games , play station, videos, and lots more.

Outings

Excursions out will be limited to 2 days per week - we understand that these can add extra cost to families. Excursion activities will be notified on request. All excursions will be planned with safety, cost and appropriateness in mind looking at the group of children on any given day.

Meals provided

Lunch and Afternoon tea.

Lunch may consist of a combination of mixed sandwiches and/or hot lunches
provided by our centre kitchen.

Drinks

Mostly water

Afternoon Tea

Afternoon tea will be provided by our centre and will consist of home made snacks from our kitchen e.g. muffins, cruskits, fruit.

What you need to send along

  • A healthy morning tea snack (we are a nut free centre so it is important that you not send along any food that contains nuts)
  • A hat for outdoor play
  • Spare clothing in case of accident or messy play activity

Bookings:

Need to be made in advance and children will be enrolled on a first come basis providing space is available.
